LEADERSHIP & EXECUTIVE COACHING
From Inner Clarity to Outer Claim
For leaders navigating critical transitions.
You have built a track record of success. The scope has expanded. The stakes have changed.
In that expansion, something keeps surfacing. Not a crisis. Not a breakdown. Just a quiet realization that the next chapter requires something different.
The reference points no longer hold.
A signal one notices.
Thresholds vary.
The internal work remains.
A transition is more than a title change, a career move, or building a venture. Sometimes it is none of these yet. The space between now and who one is becoming.
A chapter ends. The next path is not yet clear.
➤
Scope expands. The view is wider.
➤
The familiar is left behind. A new venture or a distinct pivot takes shape.
➤
The weight shifts inward.
This is not transition coaching. It is the work that makes the transition possible.
An arc is a continuous curve. A starting point, a progression, and a destination.
ARC Shift
A focused, confidential partnership for leaders, executives, and founders navigating a single critical transition. One concentrated body of work across six to eight weeks.
ARC Shift is built on fifteen years inside complex corporate environments and the patterns that emerge when scale changes everything. A decade or partnering with executive teams revealed a clear pattern. Alignment precedes traction.
Inner work and the outer claim move together.
The Approach
Strategy is what to do. Introspection is who is doing it. Both matter here.
ALIGN
Anchor conviction.
Noise gets louder before it quiets. Competing expectations pull focus away from what actually matters.
→ Clarity. Decisions stop reversing under pressure. They evolve with new information instead of collapsing under old doubt.
REFRAME
Sharpen Judgement.
A strategy that worked before runs its course. The same situation reads differently once the assumptions underneath it are tested.
→ Judgment. What was stuck moves. Not because more was added, but because the right thing was finally seen.
CLAIM
Own the outcome.
Clarity and perspective on their own do not move anything. The work is translating both into action that drives momentum.
→ Presence. How one shows up as who they are becoming to drive momentum for what's next.
The first conversation is a chance to explore whether this is the right fit.

Founder, My Leadership ARC
My work comes from two parts of my life. One professional, one personal. For a long time they felt separate. Looking back, they were always building toward the same thing.
Fifteen years inside complex corporate environments, including a decade of partnering with executive teams, culminating in a global role spanning North America, EMEA, and APAC. I was not brought in after a leader's transition had already gone sideways, or asked to help someone make sense of it in hindsight. I sat close enough, for long enough, to watch it happen in real time. The decisions quietly reversed. The confidence performed in a room while something else was true underneath it. One pattern held steady no matter the market or the culture surrounding it. Clarity preceded execution. Identity preceded strategy.
That observation extended beyond the corporate world.
Seventeen moves across three continents, seven of them international. Every one meant starting over in the ways that actually mattered, new friendships, a new circle, a new way of doing things that meant learning, and just as often unlearning, what had worked before. I did not learn to stay grounded by only reading about resilience. I learned it by losing my footing, again and again, and finding it again each time.
Watching leaders navigate the isolation of major transitions, I recognized the same uncertainty I had spent years learning to move through myself.
My Leadership ARC is built from both.
