Advising senior leaders through complex transitions and organizational change has shown me a consistent truth: momentum stalls not when the strategy is unclear, but when how the leader shows up hasn't shifted yet.
Before My Leadership ARC, I spent over a decade inside global organizations in senior HR leadership roles, partnering with executive leadership teams during periods of rapid scale, transformation, and high-stakes change across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
Many leaders carry the title, the talent, and the plan — yet sense a quiet friction between their external success and their internal clarity.
